Mazagon Dock Limited (MDL),a Govt, of india Enterprises,mainly deals in the activity of ship building, ship repairs and fabrication of offshore structures,has issued recruitment notification in various trades in Skilled as well as Semi-skilled grades on temporary and contract basis.The tenure of appointment will be max. 2 years.

Desirable Qualification & Experience :All the candidates applying for the position must have National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade. Working experience in the concerned trade will be an added advantage.

Age Limit:  Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 33 years as on 01-Jul-2013. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved community will be applicable as per rules of the Govt.

Pay Scale :

Skilled Grade-I –  Basic pay Rs.7500/- plus allowances.

Semi Skilled Grade-III – Basic pay Rs. 7250/- plus allowances.

Semi Skilled Grade-I – Basic pay Rs. 6000/- plus allowances.

Selection Method: Suitable candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and trade test.
