BSF-The Border Security Force is set up as a Border Guarding Force in the country. It was started in 1965. It is a paramilitary force which provides security to the lands of India's border at the time of peace & also avoiding crime at the borders.

Essential Criteria: Candidates should have Graduation degree from any authorized University.

Age Limitation: Candidates should be between 18-32 years in age as on 20.05.2013.

Fee Structure: Gen. Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- as an application fee. There is no fee for reserved categories. CDS Exam 2014

Salary Structure: Candidates will get between Rs.5,200/- Rs.20,200/-

Pattern of the Exam: Exam is organized in two steps-

1. Written Examination

2. PST, Documents verification & Medical Exam.

Course description: The 1st paper is subdivided into 5 parts:

·         Numerical Aptitude

·         Hindi or English Lang.

·         Comp. Application

·         Numerical Aptitude

·         Gen. Intelligence

Mode of Selection: Candidates are selected on the basis of Written Exam, PST & Medical Exam. SSC Exam 2014
