Essential Qualification:

1. Candidates having 2 yrs Pre-University course of Karnataka state or its equivalent with any optional subjects in which they must have at least 50 % (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/CAT-I) marks in aggregate of all papers studied involving languages at the qualifying exam will be considered.

2. Candidates having 2 yrs Pre University course of Karnataka state or its equivalent with science subjects as optional in which they must have 50 % (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/CAT-I) marks in aggregate of all papers studied involving languages at the qualifying exam will be taken into consideration.

Application Procedure : After downloading the form from the website, completely filled application form with DD of Rs 400/- (For SC/ST CAT -Rs 200/-) drawn in favor of Finance Officer, Bangalore University, payable at Bangalore should be sent to the University.

B.A.degree from any reputed University or degree which is equivalent it to with 40% aggregate marks in the optional subjects and at least 50% marks in the related optional or main subjects of the course.

ii)MA Philosophy (English Medium only) 2 yrs

Any Bachelor Degree of any reputed University or equivalent degree with Philosophy.

iii)M.Com (English Medium only) 2yrs

B. Com Degree examination from any reputed University or equivalent degree with minimum 50% of marks in the aggregate in Commerce subjects.

iv)M. Sc. (Mathematics) (English Medium only) 2Yrs.

B.Sc. Degree from any reputed University or equivalent degree with minimum 40% of marks in the aggregate in Optional subjects and 50% of marks in the Mathematics.
