The admission is based on the performance in the Entrance Examination of Engineering organized by SRM University. The short-listed selected students are called for the counseling which is held at the University premises in Kattankulathur 603203, Chennai.
B.Des. Course
Candidates get admission directly in B.Des. Program who have good percentage in the Higher Secondary exam.
B.Arch. Course
Admission is on the basis marks obtained in the qualifying examination (50% weightage) & NATA score (5o% weightage).
PG Courses in SRM University University of Delhi Admission 2014
M.Tech. Course
To get Admission in this course is based on performance in the Entrance Test organized by SRM University. .Read more at recruitmentdetails.com .Candidate having valid GATE marks will be under consideration. Short-listed candidates will be intimated for counseling.
M.Arch. Course
Candidates get Admission in this program on the marks gained in the qualifying exam, performance in the interview & working experience .
Ph.D. Courses in SRM University
1. Selection is done on Entrance Test organized by SRM University. Candidates with valid score in GATE, TANCET are under consideration. Merit list of short listed candidates will be intimated later for counseling.
2. Ph.D course is offered two times in a year. It is on the basis of performance of the candidates in the oral & written exam organized by the Department Research Coordination Committee of the departments.
BBA Course
To get Admission in this program is based on the marks in the qualifying exam. Meritorious short-listed candidates are called for the counseling held at the SRM University premises in Kattankulathur 603203, Chennai.
MBA Course University of Madras Admission 2014
To get Admission in this program is on the basis of performance in the Entrance Test organized by SRM University along with valid score in GMAT, XAT, CAT, MAT, TANCET & CMAT score. Short-listed candidates are intimated for GD & Interview.
PGPM & PGPRM Course
To get Admission in this program is based on performance in past academic exams (Min.60% in UG) & working experience. Selected candidates are called for GD & Interview & then final selection is done.
M.B.B.S, BASLP, B.Sc. Medical Record Science, B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology, B.Optom, B.Sc Radiology & Imaging Technology, B.D.S., B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc Renal Dialysis Technology, B.P.T., P.B.B.Sc. Nursing, B.O.T., B.Pharm.
Information regarding admissions in above courses (except MBBS) will be released in all the newspapers in the month of Nov. or Dec. & entrance exam will be held in the month of April or May. To get Admission in this program will be based on the marks in the qualifying exam. Meritorious short-listed candidates are called for the counseling held at the SRM University and then the final selection will be made.

The SRM University (Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University) is a coed. private university situated in Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 1985 as SRM Engineering college in Kattankulathur, Chennai under Anna University. It was renamed SRM University in 2006.SRM University includes: SRM General Hospital, SRM Medical College, SRM Kattankulathur Dental College, SRM Arts & Science College, SRM Polytechnic College, Valliammai Engineering College, Valliammai Polythenic College, the PG Block, the Mech PG Block, the Hi-Tech Block, the Mechanical Block, the Main Block, the Electrical Sciences Block, the Computer Science Block, the Biotech block, IT Park (15 floors), an Auditorium (capacity of about 4000 seats), MBA block, as well as the University Block of 16 floors.
