Indian Air Force  Invites applications from  Unmarried male candidates from the designated districts of Chhattisgarh  through recruitment rally to join as Airmen in Group ‘X’ (Technical Trades) to be held at Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya Science College (Machewa), Mahasamund (Chhattisgarh).

Educational Qualification :  (a) Passed Intermediate/10+2 or Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (b) Three year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognised Polytechnic Institute with minimum 50% marks in overall aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma.

Age limit : Born between 01-May-1993 to 30-Nov-1996 (both days inclusive). Age relaxation for reserved class will be permissible as per rules.

Pay Scale : Starting gross emoluments will be Rs.21410/- per month which may rise upto Rs.39546/- p.m as per sixth pay commission.

Selection Procedure : (A)Eligible candidates will be sent Admit Cards to appear for the test during the month of July 2013. Duration of Written Test will be 60 minutes.(B) All candidates who pass the written test are to undergo Physical Fitness Test (PFT) on the same or the next day. PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 8 minutes. (C) Candidates who have passed the written test and PFT will be interviewed. Read more at recruitmentdetails.com
