Ph.D/M.Sc Admissions-2013

Willing candidates are invited for Full Time or Part Time research degree in Ph.D/ M.Sc (Engg) of the university for 2013.

Essential Criteria: Candidates who are seeking for registration in Ph.D research must have master’s degree or degree which is equivalent to it with at least 55% marks; cleared the Entrance test conducted by the university or NET organized by the UGC/ICMR/ICAR/CSIR or GATE or state level eligibility test organized by the Kerala Govt. or M.Phil degree through research and thesis or Fellowship awarded by the KSCSTE.

Note:M.Phil degree candidates must register in the relevant stream.

For M.Sc(Engg by research) candidates must be graduate in engg with at least 55% marks; qualified GATE or Entrance test organized by this university or state level eligibility test organized by the Kerala Govt. Read more at recruitmentdetails.com

Note:  Candidates having min. ten yrs of teaching experience at a college or university level will get 5% relaxation. PH/VH candidates also get 5% relaxation in Ph.D degree course.

SC/ST candidates with 45% marks in science sub.& 40% marks in Commerce & Arts sub. can apply for Ph.D research.

Teachers of College/University having 7 or more yrs of teaching experience, candidates of D.M/ M.Ch degree & candidates with DST-INSPIRE fellowship  are excused from the entrance test.

Part Time: Ph.D registration (part time) are bound to regular or permanent teachers in the related subjects of the dept. & associated colleges of the University of Kerala.

Application Procedure: Candidates should apply online www.research.Kerala university.ac.in.Rs 510/- as Registration fee has to be paid by KU cash receipt or DD or friends cash receipt.

All provisions done by DD will be drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.
