CAT

To get admission in MBA at all India level a test CAT-Common Admission Test is held. It is commencing in the month of October 2013.Willing & aspiring candidates must complete their preparations to appear in the test. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is taking initiative for Common Admission Test (CAT 2014). It provides PG course in its institutes as well as other recognized institutes of the country.

The dates of the Common Admission Test (CAT) in the session 2013-2014 have been declared by Indian Institutes of Management-IIM's to get admission in management courses in IIM's as well as in several other management institutes of the country. Willing candidates can receive the prospectus of CAT Entrance Exam from the Axis Bank branches between 29th Jul. - 24th Sept., 2013.

Essential Criteria: Candidates must have Graduation degree with min. 50% marks in total.

Fee Structure: Actual fee is still not declared but it may be between Rs.1500/- 2000/-. SC/ST candidates will have to pay just a half of it.

Mode of Selection: The selection is based on achievement in the Written Exam followed by cut off list.

Exam Criteria: The paper is divided into 2 divisions including the subjects like Data Interpretation, Maths, English & Logical Reasoning. It is of 2 hrs & 20 min. & questions of multiple choices are asked.

Application Process: Candidates have to apply online. Candidates have to fill all the necessary details carefully. Read more at recruitmentdetails.com .The printout will be kept safely for future use. Admit card can also be downloaded from the website after getting their registration ID.

Know About CAT

The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a test based on computer in the country. Candidates are tested on the basis of data interpretation, quantitative ability, logical reasoning & verbal ability. IIMs- Indian Institutes of Management began the exam for testing students for the MBA- Business Administration courses. It is organized every year. There is negative marking provision in the exam for incorrect answer.
