Age Limitation: Candidates should be between 21-35 yrs as on 1st Jan, 2014. Reserved category will get relaxation in age as per Govt. rules.
Pattern of Exam: The combined competitive exam is organized in 2 phases:-
a.Preliminary Exam
b.Main Exam CDSExam 2014
The question paper consists of 150 ques. There is a provision of negative marking also.
Mode of Selection: Selection of candidates is based on achievements in both the phases & talent in interview.
