Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) - Central Railway has published advertisement to recruit against Scouts & Guides quota under Group C and D. Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates who meet the required eligibility conditions.

RRC Central Railway Recruitment 2013-14 Details

Group-C	2	10th pass or its equivalent with min. 50%. Min. % criteria not applicable for SC/ST candidates.	Rs.5,200+20,200/-+ GP Rs.1,900/-
Group-D	8	10th pass or ITI certificate holder	Rs.5,200+20,200/-+ GP Rs.1,800/-

Age as on 01.01.14 – Age of the General candidates should be 18-30 yrs for Gr.-C and 18-33 yrs for Gr-D. Relaxation in upper age limit will be extended by 3 yrs in case of OBC category & by 5 yrs in case of  SC/ST category. Relaxation in age for Ex-servicemen will also be applicable as per rules.

Exam Fee details - Candidates pertaining to General & OBC category needs to pay Rs.100/- in the form of Indian Postal Order as exam fee. Read more at recruitmentdetails.com .Candidates pertaining to other category are exempted from payment of fee.

Appointment Procedure – Selection will be done through written test followed by interview.

How to Apply – Qualified Ex-Servicemen satisfying the above eligibility level may send application on a A4 size paper in the prescribed format available on the website www.rrccr.com providing complete details as required along with attested copies of necessary documents and certificates in a closed envelope super-scribing “Application for Scouts/Guides-2013-14(Gr-C/D)” so as to reach before 19-Aug-2013 to the concerned Railway Division.
