SRIJAN Infratech and Development Services Pvt. Ltd (SIDS) is a sister concern of SRIJAN (Self- Reliant Initiatives through Joint Action), a not for profit civil society organization committed to promote sustainable and self reliant development institutions of the poor. SRIJAN (means creation in Hindi) was registered as a Public Charitable Trust in January 2000. It works directly with more than 25000 rural poor families to eradicate poverty in 14 districts of the states of Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project (RRLP), invites application for various posts at district level positions in Rajasthan Grameen Ajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP).

1	Manager - Community Mobilization & Capacity Building, HR, IEC & PRO	Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development/Sociology/Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field.
2	Manager - Livelihoods &Environment	Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field i.e. Livelihood Investment etc. Knowledge in environment conservation / Natural Resource Management is desirable
3	Manager - Microfinance	Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development/Economics/Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field i.e. Microfinance, income generation etc.
4	Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation and MIS	Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development/Management/Statistics/Demography /Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field .

Pay Scale : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
