Project Title : “Studies on diluted magnetic semiconductor thin film prepared by chemical methods”
Project Duration : 3 years
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics / Material Science / related subject with minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable : The candidates with UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE qualification is preferred. Research experience on the deposition of thin films is desirable.
Pay scale: Rs.14,000 per month consolidated.
