Indian Statistical Institute (Kolkata), conduct walk-in interview for the post of Project Linked Personnel.Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the appointment on temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year.

Essential Qualification : M.E/ M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology; or M.Sc. in Statistics/ mathematics/ Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Bioinformatics; or MCA. Working experience in the related project is preferred.  For Projects 1, 3, good knowledge in Computer Programming (C/C++/Java) is essential.

Pay Scale : Rs. 16,000-20,000/- per month consolidated depending on qualification & experience.

Age Limit : Below 35 years as on 01^st April,2013.Relaxation in age limit applicable as per Government rules.

Tenure of appointment :Till March,2014.
