Qualification : The person should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Experience : He should have a minimum experience of 15 years in large companies, independently handling legal and company secretarial matter. He should be well versed with Company Law and procedures, Corporate Governance, SEBI / Stock Exchange Regulations, Taxation Economic Legislation and Rules regarding formation and administration of Joint Venture Companies.

Age limit : The Upper Age Limit is 49 years as on 1^st May,2013.

Selection Procedure : Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
