Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format through APTRANSCO WEBSITE www.aptransco.gov.in from 18.01.2012 to 18.02.2012 for filling up the JLMs vacancies on regular basis in APTRANSCO O&M Service.

Educational Qualification : SSLC/SSC/10thClass with I.T.I. qualification in Electrical Trade/Wireman or intermediate vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/Board.
Age limit : Between 18 - 35 years as on date of notification. Relaxation in upper age limit is permissible upto 5 years for SC/ST/BC candidates.
Pay-Scale :8760-170-9270-250-10520-325-12145-400-14145
Probation : The candidates appointed to the post shall be placed on Probation for a period of 2 years.
Selection Procedure : Candidates will have to undergo and qualify for the tests- for meter readings, climbing the tower, and cycling. Candidates who to pass these tests will be considered for further proceedings.The date of test for recruitment of JLMs will be kept in the TRANSCO website. The decision of Selection Committee shall be considered final.
