The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is the state agency which conducts the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of Uttar Pradesh.It came into existence on April, 1, 1937.Its main objective was of recruiting candidates to various services in the state.

Essential Qualification: Applicants must have Bachelors Degree from any recognized University or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21-40 yrs as on 1stof July,2013.Relaxation will be given as per rules.
Fee Structure : UR/ OBC Candidates will pay Rs. 115/- , SC/ST will pay Rs.55/-, PWD Candidates will pay Rs. 15/- in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on Test and Interview.
