The Odisha Public Service Commission was founded on 1st April, 1949 after its bifurcation from the former Bihar and Odisha Joint Public Service Commission. It has got varied experiences and expertise in the matter of selection of personnel to various services of the Government of Odisha during its functioning for more than five decades. It has also achieved the purpose of drawing the best personnel for the public services of Odisha .
Odisha Public Service Commission has invited eligible candidates for Clinical Psychologist Posts in Group-“B” of State Service as per the guidelines similar in line with Rehabilitation Council of India adopted by Health & Family Welfare Department.

Essential Qualification : Desired candidates must be M.A/M.Sc. in Psychology + M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology or Clinical Psychology from any Rehabilitation Council of India Reputed Institutions.
Age Limit : Candidates must be between 21yrs-32yrs as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation will be given as per Govt. norms.
Fee Structure : Candidates will pay Rs.200/-(non-refundable) through system generated challan at any of the branches of State Bank of India (SBI). There is no for candidates belonging to SC/ST of Odisha and Persons with Disability.
Selection Criteria : The candidates will be selected on the basis of career assessment and Viva Voce.
