The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is a public university located in Medak district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It offers undergraduate B.Tech degrees in six disciplines of Engineering, M.Tech degrees in eight disciplines of Engineering, postgraduate and research degrees across all disciplines in Engineering, Sciences and Liberal Arts.

Eligible candidates are invited from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad for the post of Project Associate 

Name of Post : Project Associate(on contract)/Project Assistant(on contract)

Project Title  : Design & Layout of Low Noise Receiver Frontend in 65 nm RF CMOS Process Technology

Educational Qualification : The candidate shouldbe M.Tech in ECE/EE specialization on Microelectronics & VLSI/RF (Submitted/awarded) for Project Associate/B.Tech in EE/ECT with work experience in VLSICHIP design for Project Assistant

Desirable :Candidates having strong knowledge of RF,Analog,CMOS IC,Cadence Spectre & Virtuso layout tools will be considered.

Pay Scale : Rs. 10,000-18,000/-p.m

Tenure :one year (extendable on the basis of performance)
