Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the appointment of Office Assistant  on  temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year.

Name of the Post : Office Assistant

No. of Posts : 6

Age limit : 40 years as on 01.01.2013. Age relaxation will be applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules.

Essential Qualification : Degree in any subject with PGDCA/Office Automation Course/any course in Computer Science.Experience in clerical work & knowledge in Tally software.

Salary (Consolidated) : Rs.10,000/- per month.

How to apply : The candidates fulfilling the above criteria may attend the walk-in-interview with a copy of Resume, original certificates along with their attested photocopies and a passport size photograph on March 27, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at JNTBGRI Office, Palode, Thiruvananthapuram.

Selection Procedure : In the event of more than ten eligible candidates appearing for the interview, a written test will be conducted on the same day to shortlist the candidates.
