The Government of Andhra Pradesh has set up Aarogyasri Health Care Trust (AHCT) under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Minister. The aim of the Trust is to provide universal BPL population coverage and enable government hospitals to improve infrastructures and services. The AHCT meets the total health-care needs for poor families in Andhra Pradesh, a state of 85 million people.

After filling application form completely, candidate should upload signed e-copy of the form after submission of the application.
