NCERT – National Council of Educational Research & Training has invited applications from eligible and interested aspirants for the following posts. The details relating to eligibility, procedures of recruitment are also given below.

NCERT Recruitment 2013-14 Details

1. Chief Production Officer – (01 Post-UR)

Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline from recognized university & 3 yrs Diploma in Printing Technology with 10 yrs experience in the concerned field.

Age as on 01.01.13 : Not to exceed 45 years.

2. Editor – (02 Post-UR)

Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized university & 7 yrs experience of compiling,editing,writing, publication of school test books etc.

Age as on 01.01.13 : Not to exceed 40 years.

3. Business Manager – (01 Post-OBC)

Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline from recognized university & 10 yrs experience in publishing concern in organizing sales of publications.

Age as on 01.03.13 : Not to exceed 45 years.

4. Asst. Production Officer – (01 Post-OBC)

Qualification & Experience : Dip. In Printing Tech. from recognized university with 05 yrs experience in the concerned field.

Age as on 01.03.13 : Not to exceed 35 years.

5. Asst. Editor – (02 Post-1 SC & 1 OBC)

Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline from recognized university & 5 yrs  exp. in compiling, editing, proof reading and typography.

Age as on 01.03.13 : Not to exceed 35 years.

Application Fee Details : Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category should pay Rs.250/- and candidates belonging to other category should pay RS.500/- as application fee in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order or DD drawn in favour of “Secretary,NCERT” payable at New Delhi. Women & PH candidates are not liable to pay fee.

Selection Pattern : Candidates suitable for the post will be selected through performance in Test/Interview.

Procedure to Apply for NCERT : Qualified candidates should apply in the prescribed format  on a plain paper affixing attested photograph and mention all the details.
