Cabinet Secretariat of the Govt. of India has published notice for the recruitment of Interpreters & Research Officers under Group-B Non-Gazetted posts. Applications in a prescribed format are invited from Indian citizen eager to make career in Central Govt. Brief details of current recruitment are as follows-

Cabinet Secretariat Recruitment 2013-14 Details

1. Interpreter -18 Posts

Chinese – 5

Russian/Persian/Arabic/Burmese – 2 each

Urdu/Sinhala/Baluchi/Malaya/Bahasa – 1 each

Essential Qualification : Applicant must have Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from recognized university in the related language.

2. Research Officer – 10 Posts

Computer – 06

Photo/Printing – 2 each

Essential Qualification – Honours degree in Physics/Comp. Sc./Comp. Appl. Or Degree in Engg./Printing Technology from recognized university.

Age as on 26.08.13 – Lower age limit is determined at 21 yrs and upper age limit at 30 years for all the posts. Relaxation will be applicable as per rules of the Central Govt. Read more at recruitmentdetails.com

Selection Method – The process to appoint suitable candidate consists of following stages –

For Interpreter : (a) Written Examination, (b) Viva-voce, (c) Interview

For Research Officer : (a) Written Examination, (b) Practical Test, (c) Interview.
