The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, is an Indian force formed on October 24, 1962 for security along the India's border with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, border covering 2115 km. It is one of the Central Armed Police Forces. ITBP personnel have been deployed abroad in UN peacekeeping missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Western Sahara , Sudan, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
Applications have been invited from male Indian nationals, for the recruitment of vacancies in below posts on temporary basis likely to be permanent, in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP).

Application Fee: Unreserved & OBC candidates will have to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs.50/- by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. CRFS stamps can be obtained from the counter of all Post Offices across the country.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Height Bar, Race, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Tests (PST), Written Exam, Merit list, verification of documents and Interview Medical Examination,
